Training

We offer customized training programs for horse and rider.

Training
Training is offered at $30.00 per session, paid in advance on the 1st or the 15th of each month (as per arrangement with management. The training rate offers a substantial discount over private lesson prices; there must be a minimum commitment of either two training rides, two lessons, or one training ride and one lesson each week when the horse is at the farm. Can be up to 6 days per week if needed for show or sales preparation and can include any combination of rides or lessons. Each horse’s and/or rider’s program is personally designed and supervised by Elizabeth, and includes maintenance of the horse’s tack and equipment as well as all daily grooming needs and maintenance of horse’s appearance and general health needs—i.e. wrapping, trimming, giving medications, etc. Days missed due to shows, weather, or illness are credited towards the following month’s training. You can also arrange for your horse to be ridden off of the farm on a per time basis.
